Opponents take turns or one fighter wraps his arms around the other and squeezes. Takes the wind out of the person being squeezed and often breaks the ribs. Can be done over arms or under arms. The aggressor often lifts the opponent to cause even greater pain.

CLAWS

A nerve hold. Opponents take turns or one fighter continually digs their fingers into the soft tissue of an opponent causing excruciating pain and suffering.

CARRY OUT

Some of our fans LOVE to see a defeated opponent thrown over the shoulder of the victor and humiliated as they are carried around or out of the ring.

FULL NELSONS

Opponents take turns or one fighter continually holds the other in a full nelson. Causes significant neck and shoulder pain.

Heart Punches

Opponents take turns or one fighter continually punches the pec muscle of the other causing the heart to stop and the recipient to pass out. A brutal, dangerous, strike.

INVERTED CHOKES

Opponents take turns or one fighter continually places the other into an inverted choke which cuts off the air and blood supply and hurts the neck. The victim is wide open and often gets struck in the pecs and abs.

LEG SCISSORS

Opponents take turns or one fighter continually wraps his legs around the midsection or neck of the other. Very painful, can crush ribs or choke and opponent unsconscious.

Our fans LOVE when a defeated opponent is sprawled unconscious and the dominant fighter lies across the chest pinning the loser to the mat.

SLEEPER CHOKES

Opponents take turns or one fighter continually clamps his arms around the neck of another. The fighter can't breathe and blood glow is cut off to the brain. They go limp in the dominant fighter's arms.

SPINE TORTURE

Opponents take turns or one fighter continually attacks the spine of the other in Camel Clutches or Boston Crabs. You'll hear fighters scream as their spine nearly snaps.

STRETCHER MATCH

Fans LOVE seeing an humiliated, unconscious fighter placed onto a strecher and carried out of the ring.

TEST OF STRENGTH

Who is the bigger badass? Fan love when two fighters stand face to face, lock fingers, and the stronger fighter forces the weaker to his knees. Often results in cheap shots to the abs.
