Return & Refund Policy NRW Entertainment, LLC will replace a defective DVD for up to 30 days from the date we ship the item to you. (All items are shipped within 7 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted.) If you receive a defective DVD, e-mail us here. We do not require members return the defective DVD unless we detect a pattern of possible abuse. (i.e., you're constantly reporting bad DVDs). A new DVD will be shipped to you within 7 business days free of charge. NRW Subscribers wishing to cancel their monthly recurring billing should e-mail us here. Please note, NRW Entertainment, LLC reserves the right to terminate access to the website immediately upon subscription cancellation. In the event a new subscriber cannot gain access to the site due to inadequate system resources (i.e., your computer isn't able to access on line videos) NRW Entertainment, LLC will refund 100% of your subscription fee if notified within 1 business day of the first day you log into the site. Explanation. Our system tracks IP addresses and logins. In the event someone was to tell us they had difficulty using the site due to technical reasons (their computer was too slow or their internet connectivity was too slow) we would refund their money if notified within 1 day of the their first login. If we see that they have logged in dozens of times over several days or more, we cannot authorize a refund as it appears that they have been able to access the site.
