We DO appreciate you telling us a link is not working or if a video won't play for some reason. We'll check it out. But also, please realize, hundreds of people watch these videos so if you're having a problem, don't start off by angrily exclaiming YOUR SITE DOESN'T WORK! In reality, on some rare occassions our servers do need a reboot, but they are pretty reliable so if you are having a problem, and others aren't, the problem is most likely on your end.
Occassional computer maintenance makes your viewing experience better. For instance, a disk clean up or defrag can do miracles for your computer's performance. If you do either of those actions, do so at your own risk. We don't provide instructions on how to do that here because there are multiple different versions of Windows running out there right now (XP, Vista, Windows 7, plus MAC.)
